How long will it take to ship my order?
Generally, it takes 7-10 days for me to ship an order out once it has been placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
United Kingdom - 1-3 business days
Europe - 5 - 14 business days
United States - 7 - 21 business days
Canada - 7 - 21 business days
Australia - 7 - 21 business days
Rest of the world - 7 - 21 business days

Where is my tracking number?
You will only receive a tracking number if you have paid for the tracked shipping option. This will be emailed to you.
Tracked shipping is not the standard delivery option.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we are unable to ship to EU countries, however we do ship worldwide otherwise.
The only countries where we do not ship to depend on Royal Mail. Please check their website for further information.
I've changed my mind, can I return my order and pick something else?
Please email hello@bevacton.com for all order enquires. We completely understand you might have a change of heart and prefer to swap your product for another, but please be aware additional shipping charges will apply.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve decided to cancel your order. You have up to 48 hours to cancel, as after this time your order will be in the fulfillment stage and cannot be canceled. If it’s past 48 hours, a refund cannot be processed until the items are returned. To avoid additional postage costs, please mark the package as “Return to Sender,” and ensure the items are returned in the same condition they were sent.
