The Store is Temporarily Closed for the Festive Period

Thank you so much for an incredible year! The store is now closed for the festive season and will reopen in January. If you have any questions about an ongoing order, please only get in touch if the following conditions apply:

• Orders take 7–10 days to dispatch during the busy festive period. Please remember, I’m just one person running this business—I can’t match Amazon’s delivery times!
• If your order hasn’t arrived in the UK within 2 weeks of shipping, or outside of the UK within 6 weeks, feel free to reach out.
• If you didn’t pay for tracked shipping, I’m unable to check the status of your order.
• Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, its whereabouts are unfortunately out of my control.
• Orders placed after 20th November cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
